Work and play with minerals and more

Volunteers informally gather on most Saturdays to do one, some or all of the following under guidance as needed:

• process minerals (fold boxes, cut batting, prepare and place tags)
• make flats (assortments of minerals)
• process jewelry (thread pendants on to chains, place earrings on cards)
• maintenance (cleaning of any type depending on need and choice)
• volunteer suggestion: our volunteers come up with the best ideas! If you see something that appeals to you, talk about it.

FGMS will provide lunch for work party. Volunteers are welcome for any or all hours and days.
